My 1986 renault alliance convertible

WOW, that looks really nice! It must be a rare sight in France since the convertibles were made for the U.S. market only. Is that the original paint/color? I noticed that the RENAULT emblem on the trunk is on the right side on yours, mine is on the left side. Did they switch them in '86? Mine is an '85.

I wonder, do you feel a lote of difference in body stiffness compared to the normal Renault 9/alliance? Or did Renault put in some reinforcements?
